How to use
- Before use, stir well the dye in the tube.
- Add gradually, drop by drop, controlling the intensity.
- Emulsify or mix thoroughly to obtain a uniform color.
- Add dye to chocolate only at the correct tempering temperature.
- For a deeper ruby shade, add a little more dye, but gradually.
