Greetings, I'm Marina and I can teach you how to make the most delicious macaroons!
I baked the first macarons back in 2013 and it was a complete failure, but since 2018 we have been close friends with them! At first it was Italians and my first lesson on them was back in 2020, but after 1.5 years I tried to make French ones, switched to whipped ganache and closed my studies on Italians, because macaron on French meringue with whipped ganache is an incredible combination .
Of course, I did the lesson and now everyone can learn how to make the same - incredibly delicious macaroons❤️

The lesson includes a pdf file of the technical map for the lids, also 2 fillings of your choice, also in pdf files.
Lids with a reduced amount of sugar.
Without water and basically everything.
