Mystic Lagoon is a bright yet delicate confectionery sprinkles for children's parties, summer desserts, and marine themes. The combination of pearls of various sizes, cylinders, confetti, and tail figures adds depth and texture without excessive shine. It works just as effectively on cupcakes as it does on large cakes.
Where to use:
- Cakes: children's, mermaid-themed, birthdays.
- Cupcakes, muffins, cake pops — accent on the cream cap.
- Eclairs, tartlets, mousse desserts, cheesecakes.
- Gingerbread/cookies with icing.
- Ice cream, jelly, and milkshakes — decoration on top and around the edge of the glass.
How to use:
- Only on cooled surfaces: cream, ganache, icing, glaze.
Fixing:
- On creams — sprinkle and press lightly.
- On mastic/smooth coatings — a drop of food glue/syrup or icing.
- For the side of the cake — apply to fresh cream or a thin “sticky” layer (ganache/confectionery gel).
- Precise placement of large elements (tails/pearls) with tweezers.
- For drinks: coat the rim of the glass with syrup/chocolate and carefully “roll” it in the sprinkles.
When to add: after assembling the dessert — a few hours before serving or just before serving.
Tip: work on a tray/parchment paper — it's easy to return any excess to the jar.

Keep tightly closed in a dry place at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate (condensation can soften the sprinkles). Do not bake — decorate the finished/cooled product.
